The GJ-DB1617 automatic leather stacker employs a computer control system to do automatic, continuous stacking operation in leather spraying, staking, buffing, padding, and polishing lines. It is compact and space-saving, runs quickly and reliably, and supports flat, face-to-face/back-to-back, and trestle (saddle) stacking. Customers can choose between two types, long-arm and short-arm, based on floor area and use.
Long-arm leather stacking machine (overall length 5,800mm):
stacks on trestles and can also lay whole hides flat.
Short-arm leather stacking machine (overall length 4,800 mm):
handles trestle stacking and split-hide flat laying, but not whole-hide flat laying.
