The GJ10B1WK5 water mixing and dosing system employs an industrial computer for real-time sampling and control, providing water quickly and precisely to improve supply efficiency. Key valves are German-made to provide consistent, dependable performance. The water mixing system centrally controls numerous tanning drums (12 as standard, scalable to 16), reducing equipment and personnel expenses. A dual temperature-protection design eliminates production losses due to high water temperatures, and the system may supply cold, hot, or mixed water to accommodate a variety of tanning needs. Beyond tannery drum supply, it is also used for automatic water dosing in industries such as paper and pharmaceuticals.

Before installation, the plant (or the customer) plans the water-pipe layout and completes the preliminary pipe installation. On that basis, we install the water station and control system. (Customers should supply a factory drawing and have the water pipes installed beforehand.)
