High-Density Felt (China / Italy / Germany / France)

Available in 1370×1000×20mm, weighing up to 16.5kg; the highest density on the market (comparative testing welcome).

The German high-density felt board features pre-chamfered edges, excellent surface finishing, uniform density throughout, good elasticity, sharp embossing definition, and a long service life. Generally recommended for use with large-panel embossing machines for recycled synthetic leather (1500×1200 and 1600×1200).

Yellow Silicone Rubber Pad

The yellow silicone rubber pad has a hardness of 40 (Shore A), with excellent physical elasticity, ideal for deep pattern embossing, especially patterns requiring a full push through effect, delivering superior embossing quality. However, its heat resistance is limited to 90°C, resulting in a shorter service life.

White Silicone Rubber Pad

The white silicone rubber pad has a hardness of 60 (Shore A), with good elasticity, suitable for embossing any pattern (though deep pattern results are not as strong as the yellow silicone pad). It features a flat surface, highly uniform thickness, and strong anti-stick properties. With a heat resistance range of -60°C to 180°C, it offers a long service life.

Wool Applicator Cloth

Made from 100% Grade A Australian wool, with a clean white surface that is glossy, smooth, and evenly thick, with good resilience. As a result, it does not leave marks or cause uneven finishing during finish application, even with a lower density.
