The FMZYQ leather ironing and embossing machine is utilized in tanneries and synthetic leather manufacturing facilities for ironing, finishing, and quality improvement. An offset configuration of upper and lower rollers creates an extensive surface contact zone of approximately 180mm, yielding significantly improved outcomes. The pressure roller is built of a unique material that can withstand deformation and bending at up to 150kg/cm pressure, and a computer-controlled constant-temperature system ensures that the roller surface is uniformly heated. The pressure is continuously adjustable from 10 to 150kg/cm, and a clever leather-stretching mechanism ensures that even the thinnest hides remain flat and free of wrinkles during the ironing process.
