The FMYGM leather ironing machine is utilized in tanneries and synthetic leather facilities for the ironing, finishing, and quality improvement of leather surfaces. An offset configuration of upper and lower rollers creates an extensive surface-contact ironing zone of approximately 180mm, resulting in significantly improved gloss outcomes. The pressure roller is constructed from a specialized material that withstands deformation and bending at pressures of up to 150kg/cm, while a computer-controlled constant-temperature system maintains uniform heating of the roller surface. Pressure is continuously adjustable from 10 to 150 kg/cm, and an innovative leather-stretching mechanism ensures that even the thinnest hides remain flat and free of wrinkles during the ironing process. A swift pre-heat feature minimizes startup delay, facilitating continuous, high-quality surface finishing.
