Leather Spray Finishing Machine
The FMPJJ leather spray finishing machine is a high-efficiency, intelligent spraying equipment for tanneries and synthetic-leather factories, ideal for colouring, effect spraying, and replacing traditional roller coating. Its high-density computer-tracked spraying method saves 10–20% or more on dye. The machine is made of stainless steel with a beautiful surface finish, and the spray system incorporates stainless coating plates as well as excellent dust extraction, filtration, and recovery, which ensures even spraying and a clean environment. We provide models for hides ranging in width from 1.2m to 3.4m, with rotary, reciprocating, and hybrid designs.
- Full stainless-steel drainage tray at the base of the spray chamber, continuously flushed by pump to keep the chamber interior clean.
- A purpose-built dust-extraction fan with 24,500–49,000m³/h of draw, for excellent dust capture inside the chamber.
- A well-engineered dust-treatment system: a water curtain at the air inlet, three-stage water filtration in the base tank, a large-access central fan for easy cleaning and maintenance, and a top return tank that keeps water in the air path without drawing it out, capturing leather dust efficiently into the water tank.
- Twin brush-type line-washing units (or scrubbing-board units), with a special transport method that keeps the hide free of slurry contamination.
- Drying system available in steam, thermal oil, electric, or fuel-fired versions.
