Vertical wide-format measuring and printing machine, on-hide printing with automatic heat transfer

The GLGLWSQ electronic leather measuring machine is a fully automated roller-type measuring system designed for soft wrinkled skins and upholstery leather hides. The vertical roller exerts physical strain to flatten the hide, maintaining measurement accuracy within ±1%, while measurement and marking occur concurrently, resulting in enhanced efficiency.

Applications

Measuring wide, full-size hides in tanneries and furniture factories; also for tanneries, shoe factories, and leather goods producers handling soft or wrinkled hides that other machines cannot measure accurately.

Printing effect on leather

• Pause and resume function: for difficult hides, the operator can stop at any time to flatten the leather manually, recording data when the hide is at its flattest.
• On-hide printing added to the vertical platform: the size is marked clearly on the hide as it passes the roller.
• Overcomes the limitations of horizontal machines by capturing the true size of wrinkled and uneven areas.
• Expandable with a desktop printing stand, label printer, barcode, and data communication.
